I have not communicated to my DoPeace staff and friends in the last several weeks for a reason. I was in the middle of some major changes and innovations that will better serve our current 10,000 students by revamping our educational model. At the same time, we are planning to expand in Karachi and Delhi, in addition to inner city in Philadelphia.
We are for the education of the disadvantaged children no matter where they exist. I am convinced that education is the single most factor that divides the world and the communities between have and have nots. Being in the lower rung of the societal ladder has sapped the poor of a dignified existence.
I have done my deliberations and written in my second book currently in the editing phase, entitled “Making Sense: Bold ideas to save humanity through education.” I have come up with some startling findings and I will talk about it in the near future.
We have been instrumental is teaching all of our students the safety procedures. We have been doing this since April 1, and provided the awareness of the novel corona virus and how it can be controlled from spreading. Our children wear the masks, keep the social distance, and learn to properly wash their hands. I am happy to report that there has not been any infection among our students that I know of.

Today is another good day for the supporters of DoPeace as we have achieved the status of 2016 TOP-RATED NONPROFIT by topratednonprofits.org. This quick recognition is due to the tremendous reviews that you have bestowed upon DoPeace. This is a vote of confidence by our donors, volunteers, well wishers, and our Board of Directors. We will continue to need your support to meet our challenge of bringing 50,000 little children in the slums to schools in 3 years.
