An operation like ours which introduces frequent innovation to achieve goals requires continuous data collection and analysis to determines which actions are producing satisfactory results and which ones are not. We want to track each student from the day one of their enrollment to the DoPeace Learning Center, admission to grade one, then all the way to to grade 5 in our coaching classes. But we do not stop there.

We are tracking the students beyond as they move on from the DoPeace educational system into higher higher education. Thus, we know about each student starting from 2014, who are now in the tenth grade. Following that, hundreds of students will be crossing the 10th grade every year, and go beyond to achieve college degree.

We know the history of the students and where they are in the educational system. Based on that we have data analyzed, results summarized, and vital parameters updated at all times. Thus, we know the demographic data, the income of the household, the number of siblings, how far the student lives from the classroom.

We know the information of the members of the management committee of each learning center. We know the academic performance of each student as they move forward from one grade to another.

Every month we track the performance of each learning center and provided directives for improvement. Every six months, on the occasion of my visit, a major evaluation is done for each NGO. We are making sure that each preschool child has covered 70% of curriculum of class one, and that each coaching student has made significant progress in their academic standing.

We have yearly recertification of each preschool and coaching instructor. Those who are unable to meet the recertification criteria is at risk of leaving the organization.

Our data driven system is ready for further innovation and the associated advances in the academic performance and organizational efficiency.
